Ingredients
- 4 red bell peppers
- 2 yellow bell peppers
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- A few tablespoons of olive oil
- A pinch of Himalayan salt
Preparation
- Roast the vegetables with olive oil for 20–25 minutes at 180°C (360°F).
- Blend the roasted vegetables with 200 ml water using a premium vacuum blender.
- Garnish with pumpkin seeds, feta, chili oil, and fresh basil.
