Protein-Rich Wrap
After preparing your fresh carrot juice with the Kuvings Slow Juicer, you can turn the leftover pulp into a truly fantastic dish. This way, you enjoy fresh juice and at the same time prepare healthy wraps without any food waste!

Recipe for about 6 wraps
150 g red lentils
100 g carrot pulp
350 ml water
A pinch of salt

Preparation
Wash the red lentils and soak them in water for at least 2 hours. Then add the carrot pulp and salt, and blend everything until smooth.
Pour about 3 tablespoons of the batter into a non-stick pan and cook over medium heat for about 3–5 minutes on each side.
Fill the wraps with your favorite ingredients and enjoy.
