🍹 1. Mandarin–Turmeric Shot (fresh & spicy)

Ingredients:

4 mandarins 🍊

1–2 cm fresh turmeric

Preparation:

Juice all ingredients using your Kuvings juicer and collect the juice.

👉 Important: Keep the pulp – you’ll use it for the tea!
This shot is rich in vitamin C and curcumin, known for its anti-inflammatory benefits.

💡 Tip:
Drink the shot in the morning on an empty stomach to activate your immune system in the best way.

🍵 2. Mandarin Spiced Tea (warming & aromatic)

Ingredients:

Rooibos tea (teabag or loose leaves)

2 mandarins (sliced, with peel)

Fresh cranberries

Cloves

A piece of ginger

Cinnamon sticks

Mandarin–turmeric pulp (from the shot)

3 tbsp maple syrup

🫖 Preparation:

Brew the rooibos tea according to instructions.

Slice the mandarins (with peel) and stud them with cloves – this adds amazing aroma and looks beautiful.

Add all ingredients – tea, mandarins, cranberries, ginger, cinnamon sticks, the pulp, and maple syrup – to a large teapot.

Let steep for about 10 minutes until all the spices develop their full flavor.

Enjoy the tea hot to warm yourself from the inside – or lukewarm as a gentle immune booster throughout the day.

🌟 Why this recipe is so good:

Mandarins provide vitamin C, turmeric supports the immune system, and rooibos is calming and antioxidant-rich.
Together, they create a natural power drink that benefits both body and soul.
