Homemade Soy Drink

Homemade Soy Drink

Homemade Soy Drink – fresh, healthy & vegan

Soy drink can easily be made at home – free from additives, rich in plant-based protein, and wonderfully creamy in taste. Perfect as a milk alternative for coffee, cereal, or baking. With the Kuvings Slow Juicer, it’s especially easy to prepare, ensuring a pure and fresh beverage every time.

Ingredients:
200 g soybeans
Water – amount as desired (for preferred consistency)

Preparation:
 1. Wash the soybeans thoroughly and soak them in plenty of water for at least 8 hours (or overnight). Then drain the water.

2. Wash the soaked soybeans again and cook them in fresh water over medium heat for 20–25 minutes until soft.
3. Let them cool to room temperature.
4. Add the soybeans and fresh water alternately into the Kuvings Slow Juicer and juice them.
5. For an especially smooth result, run the soy milk through the juicer a second time.
6. Sweeten lightly to taste, enjoy warm, or refrigerate to serve cold.

Tip:
The soy pulp (okara) left after juicing is perfect for reuse — for example in bread, cookies, or veggie patties. That makes this recipe not only healthy but also sustainable.
