But do you know what you can do with the leftover pulp after juicing with the @Kuvingsgermany Slow Juicer?
This time, we’ll show you how to turn it into a fruity spiced sugar.
Perfect as a Christmas gift in pretty jars — just sprinkle it over homemade cookies or pancakes, and voilà – a heavenly touch of Christmas! 🎄✨
Ingredients (makes about 4 jars):
Pulp from 2 oranges and 1 apple
500 g rock sugar crystals
3 tbsp cinnamon
2 tsp cardamom
1 tsp allspice
1 tsp anise
Preparation:
Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and mix on low speed.
Spread the mixture on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and dry it at 60 °C (fan setting) for about 120 minutes, turning occasionally.
Once dried, blend again on medium speed to break it up.
Transfer into jars – perfect for gifting or keeping for yourself.
