Ingredients for the Granola Bars

You’ll need:

  • 100 g oats
  • 70 g walnuts
  • 70 g pumpkin seeds
  • 50 g pecans

💡 Roughly chop these ingredients and add them to a large mixing bowl.
Then add:

  • 100 g pulp (e.g., beetroot, apple, carrot)
  • 50 g goji berries
  • 50 g dried prunes, chopped
  • 15 g chia seeds
  • 80 g maple syrup
  • 70 g melted coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla paste
Müsliriegel Mischung

Instructions

  1. Mix everything together thoroughly.
  2. Press firmly into a rectangular baking dish lined with parchment paper.
  3. Bake at 180°C (350°F) top and bottom heat for 20 minutes.
  4. Let cool slightly, then refrigerate for a few hours to firm up.
  5. Slice into bars — your homemade granola bars are ready!
    They will keep for several days in the fridge.
