Purple Protein Smoothie Bowl – Vitamins, Antioxidants, and Protein for the Perfect Start
Ingredients (for 1 serving):
150 g frozen mango
150 g frozen wild blueberries
150 ml almond drink
30 g vanilla protein powder
Toppings of your choice
Preparation:
- Stir the almond drink together with the protein powder until smooth.
- Insert the sorbet attachment into your juicer. Alternate adding the frozen fruits and the protein drink into the juicer.
- Mix everything until smooth and serve with toppings of your choice – for example, soy flakes, cashew butter, and fresh fruit.
