🥕 Ingredients
2 beetroots
3 red capsicums (red bell peppers)
250 g bean sprouts
Prep time: 6 minutes
Juice yield: 700 ml
Servings: 3
⚙️ Instructions
🩸 Beetroot
Cut in half, then into quarters.
Slice thinly to make juicing easier.
Juice with the skin on — leaves and stems can also be included if available.
🌶️ Red Capsicum
Remove the green stem.
Halve or quarter to fit into the wide chute.
Remove excess seeds (they can be juiced too).
🌱 Bean Sprouts
Juice small handfuls at a time.
🧃 Cold Press Juicing Method
Start with the bean sprouts — feed them in slowly, without overfilling.
Add the capsicum halves one at a time.
Finish with the beetroot slices, adding about a quarter at a time.

Bean Sprouts → Capsicum → Beetroot
💡 Tip: Bean sprouts spoil quickly. Juice them soon after purchase, or store for up to 5 days by rinsing in cold water, patting dry, and keeping in an airtight container lined with paper towel.
