Ingredients for the Bowl

  • Romaine lettuce
  • Black beans, bell pepper, tomatoes, corn
  • Oven-roasted sweet potatoes
  • Avocado salsa
    • 2 avocados
    • Fresh cilantro and parsley
    • Lemon juice
    • Chili and garlic
    • Tahini
    • Sunflower and pumpkin seeds
    • Water and Himalayan salt

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients for the salsa into a creamy sauce using the Kuvings Auto Vacuum Blender
  2. Arrange the lettuce and vegetables in a bowl, top with the avocado salsa, and serve.
